I watched "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" last night. Wonderfully shot film in Alberta, Canada!!! A piece of film ART! It may take a few attempts to watch this, but the cinematography and music is masterful. I was thinking...man it should have won the Oscar. When I looked into it, Roger Deakins was also nominated for "No Counrty" for cinematography too...but man... the dude never wins!

This is the soundtrack. Nick Cave And Warren Ellis - The Assassination of Jesse James (2007). It's very cool. Piano with fiddle/violin and some guitar work. Very sombre with a mood that is somewhat dark but with a slightly hopefull angle to it. A nice cut by Nick Cave And Warren Ellis. If you like DEADWOOD HBO SERIES, you'll enjoy the audio and cinematography in this film.
